Fruit-Z Cheesecakes is an independent
manufacture of quality fruit flavored cheesecakes. Our cakes are homemade and hand packaged to perfection. The our, we, and
us throughout this sight is the me and the enthusiastic, creative light me, Sasha Sumling. My passion is in the
kitchen. I have been cooking since I can remember. I'm the daughter of a certified chef. My most favorite memory began in
the kitchen of my father and stepmother making cherry cheesecakes every weekend during my teen years.
I've been doing so every since and take pride in my cheesecakes, the variety of flavors and creative combinations.
Not only do I love baking,
I'm a wife and mother of three. I have ten years of sales, management, marketing, and advertising experience. I also have
a certification in Small Business Management. After studying Business and Entrepreneurship I have turned my passion
of baking cheesecakes into a successful business operating in Houston, Texas.

to quality and customer service and hope this drive bring out potential expansion.
