Our Policies

Fruit Flavored Cheesecakes are perishable items and are to be kept refrigerated upon delivery and after serving. We honor and take the privilege of catering such delicate items for our customers. To maintain a structured commitment here are the following policies.

All orders must be prepaid either by cash, check , money order, or credit card through PayPal (with or with out an account) payable to Fruit-Z Cheesecakes. Allow 3 days for process and preparation were all orders are made fresh once order is confirmed and paid for. A second day( 24 hours from finished product) is needed for freezing. All orders will be sent out the day after freezing. Allow 2-3 days for express shipping for non local orders. All non local orders will be subject to a shipping and handling charge because of the nature of packaging and shipping of frozen foods. A confirmation phone call will be made to you once the order is complete and ready to be sent to confirm delivery loaction and method (FedEx/UPS express, overnight ) type. Only a ten dollar delivery fee is charged for all local orders.

Fruit-Z is not responsible for and allergic food reactions of the consumer. Please make sure the product you purchase is suitable for you.

Since the product is perishable refund of any sort including delivery is not refundable.

Our customer service will show in the quality of the product we produce by choosing only all natural flavors and farm fresh ingredients. The packaging is hand prepared with the care and love we have for our customers. Providing free delivery to local customers is a personal attribute. It allows us to show our appreciation to the cheesecake lover.
